Human Resource Development 4IntroductionHuman Resource Development is very important as it strengthen the skills and potential of the employee of the organisation. Many employees when joining the organisation don't possess all the skills and knowledge which is required. They join the organisation with basic skills. So in order to do their job effectively, they need some training. This department is being organised with a view to giving their employee a specific training so that they can do their job and improvetheir potential for a better carrier. By providing training opportunities to the employee of the organisation from senior to junior they can contribute best to the organisation. The training must have some budget and it is the responsibility of the Managers to organise the training within the Training Budget. Managers also need to evaluate the outcome and impact of providing training.Task 1: LO1Refer PPTTask 2: LO2 2.1 The essentiality of training is being realised by almost every organisation in current time. TheXYZ College is no different. Appropriate training for different employees serving at variousposts can ensure that the human resource of the organisation is able to achieve the set ofobjectives that has been drawn in a more efficient manner (Storey, 2014). It is important for theXYZ College to provide the best educational facilities and appropriate guidance to the students.Therefore, in order to make the workforce more competitive and efficient, the training part canbe considered increasingly essential (Phillips & Phillips, 2016). In XYZ College there are several persons who require playing different roles as a part of theirduty. In order to recognise the requirement of training in the various job roles, it is essential toorganise a skill analysis for each and every staff. It will provide the management with a betterscope to identify the departments needing the training. Thus, the specific training will beprovided to the employees working at the different department.The teaching staff can be considered as an essential workforce in XYZ College. Hence, it is arequirement that they are able to fulfil their duty of providing the best teaching services to thestudents of the college.
