INTRODUCTION
 Hospitality industry is a broad category of field which focuses towards the variety of
services such as accommodation, drink, transportation and travelling etc.
 Hospitality mainly provides the essential services for the travellers such as lodging
and food services as in leisure time people may explore the different places and
therefore they require proper accommodation facility, food, and transportation
services etc. which are offered by the hospitality industry.
 This report will be based on the Ritz Hotel corporation which is basically a American
Multinational hospitality company. This company provides the variety of luxury
services to the customers such as Luxury properties for the vacations, Resort and
Food availability for the customers.

 Hospitality industry is one of the most diverse and varied industry in the
world. It is the entity that is mainly based on customer satisfaction and to
meet the needs and desired of the individuals and families. Henceforth,
hospitality industry is comprised within different product and services as-
 Lodging accommodation- It is the sector of hospitality industry that
provides the lavish services to the customers. Accommodation is one of the
broad sectors of the hospitality industry. Therefore, the customer service is
indispensable in order to provide accommodation services. Thus,
efficiency, integrate comfort and word class amenities are the core
foundation. There are three types of hotel and accommodation services as-

 Lodging- This is effective term that keep safe from the atrocities of nature.
It results in individual’s books lodges and rooms for their stay.
 Suites- Under this, hotel sector offers the luxury suits for the stay. Hence,
formal sorts of staying are very expensive as compared to regular room
service.
 Resorts- It is the third type of accommodation that is very popular among
the travellers’ resorts. This provides ultimate experience to customer as this
takes close to nature and provide necessary break from normal routines.

hospitality industry. It is on of the largest elements of hospitality industry
that takes the form of high end restaurant, manifestations and catering
establishments. Therefore, food and beverage can dramatically enhance the
experience of guest with help of offering the excellent food and first-class
customer service.
 Travel and tourism- It is the vast industry that plays the crucial role in
hospitality industry with several key players across the globe. Henceforth,
the main function is to encourage people to travel. Thus, travel and tourism
are inclusive of trains, airlines, cruise ships and crew member in their
services. At time people travel they spend their money on the hospitality.
Therefore, it is inclusive of the trains, cruise ships, airlines etc.
