 Hospitality industry is a broad category of field which focuses towards the variety of
services such as accommodation, drink, transportation and travelling etc.
 Hospitality mainly provides the essential services for the travellers such as lodging
and food services as in leisure time people may explore the different places and
therefore they require proper accommodation facility, food, and transportation
services etc. which are offered by the hospitality industry.
 This report will be based on the Ritz Hotel corporation which is basically a American
Multinational hospitality company. This company provides the variety of luxury
services to the customers such as Luxury properties for the vacations, Resort and
Food availability for the customers.

world. It is the entity that is mainly based on customer satisfaction and to
meet the needs and desired of the individuals and families. Henceforth,

 Lodging accommodation- It is the sector of hospitality industry that
provides the lavish services to the customers. Accommodation is one of the
broad sectors of the hospitality industry. Therefore, the customer service is
indispensable in order to provide accommodation services. Thus,
efficiency, integrate comfort and word class amenities are the core
foundation. There are three types of hotel and accommodation services as-

are inclusive of trains, airlines, cruise ships and crew member in their
services. At time people travel they spend their money on the hospitality.

front desk services and that is also depends over to work best for the

development of the staff. In the present scenario, the hotel managers take
the various efforts to conduct the training and development programme
