B&B hotels are the best means through which the accommodation can be provided to the
people and their stay can be made more relaxing and comfortable with the help of high standard
services which are provided by Grays. They modified their entire working which helped them to
grow and expand over the larger perspective. This helps Grays to provide the valuable the guest
with the best amenities and other services. This will helps in defining the rates that are charged
over the occupancy of the rooms within the B&B hotels. The current market trends are observed
and necessary modification is being done in order to enhance3 the service standards which are
