report is based on two company such as Butter & Company and The Waldorf Hilton. Theses
firms render services in different types of events such as wedding, meeting, parties, conference
or other events. It highlights management roles and skills required for event industry. It also
cover comparison among security provisions for enhancing security and safety.

It is very essential for individual to have good relationship among all department to gain
success and growth. With rise in technology and internet creates different opportunities for
working forces. The management roles for various personals are as follows:

firms render services in different types of events such as wedding, meeting, parties, conference
or other events. It highlights management roles and skills required for event industry. It also
cover comparison among security provisions for enhancing security and safety.

It is very essential for individual to have good relationship among all department to gain
