1.1 Project name: Training and Apprenticeship program for High School students
(TAHS)
The project is undertaken by Virtucon and is headed by Globex. The project aims in
developing a computerised system that is required for the training program designed
for the students in High School
1.2 Team details: For ensuring that the project, related to the development of a
computerized system, is conducted in an appropriate manner, a project team has
been set up that will be directing the project towards successful completion. The
team details is provided in the table below-

1.3 Project description: Globex Corporation that has experience of more than 30
years in the field of agricultural business, has undertaken a training project meant for
the high school students. In order to store the details of the participants of the
training program, a computer based system is proposed. The training will help the
students to achieve preliminary business skills. The project of developing the
computer based system is undertaken by Virtucon. The Virtucon team has indicated
that the project will be implemented in as much less expenditure as possible.
1.4 Team charter: A team charter is prepared that gives a detailed idea of the skills
and knowledge of the team members. Apart from that, the roles along with the
responsibilities of the members of the team are listed.
