The assignment consists of seven key elements and one research synthesis element. The key elements include Strategic Intent, Business Level Strategy, Competitive Rivalry & Dynamics, Corporate Level Strategy, Merger & Acquisition Strategies, International Strategy, and Cooperative Strategy. The research synthesis element is Conclusion. The assignment structure includes a title page, table of contents, and sections for each key element and research synthesis element.
