the organisation to understand the requirements of the funds or the expenses in a proper
manner. It also help the organisation to reduce the cost budget (Keller, Parameswaran and

project.
2. Scope management- This is the part of the project which defies that what all are the task
which has to be done in a given project. What are the requirements of the project and

manner that the project completion does not exceed the given time and also the
effectiveness of the result should also be present. The time is a very crucial part and its is

All these are the aspects that the firm has to manage effectively to make the project successful.
The CSR activity is basically the task where the society's welfare and the protection and
consideration of the environment and the natural resources has to be done. Therefore the prior
duty and the responsibility of the organisation is to focus on all these above mentioned aspects.

allotted to different employees so that the task is get completed properly (Myers., 2013.).

individual does not have the capabilities to handle the whole sum work of the large project and
Dunsland House is inculcating itself in the Corporate Social Responsibility, it is a very big
project as because here the society's welfare is included and the safety of the environment
therefore it is very necessary to do the division of the task to different eligible personnels. It
become easy for the organisation to act upon the situations. The complexity of the work get
reduced. The work load that one has to be handled get reduces and delegated with the help of
work break down structure.

There are strategies that the firm if followed will definitely help able to improve the functioning

social welfare. The firm should not perform any activity which will affect the
surroundings and the people of the society.
Charity- The firm can go for charity acts to promote the CSR activity so that the people
will get awareness about it ant they get also know what the firm will be doing for the
general public of the society (Weske., 2012.).
Workforce management- The firm as introducing itself in the CSR activity therefore it is
very must for them to focus on the employees working in the organisation. The
employees can be said as the pillars of the firm as because they have direct contact with
the customers of the society, they are very well aware of the nature, attitude and the
behaviour of the customers. So it is very must that the employees must be very well
trained in the handling of the situations and they have to know all the policies that are
been implemented in the organisation then only they will be able to perform well and in
effective manner for the success of the projects.
Communication- The most important part of the operations of the firm is the
