MAIN BODYWhat?My tutor has told me to make certain changes in a report which is being prepared. Tutor haveconveyed that report need to be prepared on the basis of essay format so no any headings or subheadings because essays are all created on paragraph basis which do not need any subheadings toprove the statement. Tutor have also asked to change the first sentence as there are five ways towell-being which contains five elements. Tutor have also provided some guidelines thatdiagrams are been avoided in essays and all the information need to be written in paragraphs tocreate an understanding about the concept.In feedback, I was told to make the content concise and without any headings at all. Tutorhas also provided some guidelines to use some examples which governs the benefits of the fiveapproaches of well-being.So What?I have learned that essays are often written in paragraph formats which do not needs anyheadings or subheadings in order to make the content attractive. I have also gained theknowledge about the concise ways to present a report in an essay format which do not need anydiagrams or representative figures to make it look interesting. From this feedback, I have alsolearned that examples need to be quoted in an essay in order to create clear understanding amongthe minds of the readers.No there is no any misunderstanding in understanding the feedbacks or guidelines whichare provided by the tutor but it also helps me to clear the concept of writing a essay report. Theguidelines help to improve my writing skills and these instructions help me to represent goodwork.The feedback provided by the tutor was nicely presented and the tutor has also used verysimple language to communicate the feedback which helps me to improve my writing skills.Tutor have also described some points which are lacking in this essay and I do not find anydifficulty to interpret such feedback.
From the above guidelines I have learned to improve my writing skills that helps me tounderstand the concept of writing an assay. It also made me clear that no diagrams, bullets andlists are used in essay writings. I have also learned that Using the full name of the model is thesign of the good essay writer.Now what?According to the guidelines and feedback provided by the tutor, these changes makes theessay looks interesting that helps in explaining the module with the help of example. I haveremoved such points which makes no sense to the essay or irrelevant information. This essaywill be improved by avoiding the use of bullets, lists and subheadings from this content. It startedwith the improved introduction of the essay. Reworked sections of the essay are describedbelow:I have strengthen the introduction by starting with the clear and concise definition on the maintopic then clearly mentioned the name of the approach and explained the further discovery of theessay.INTRODUCTIONHealth and Social care can be defined as the process of providing the p[roper treatment tothe people who are physically or medically challenged (Aveyard, 2014). The essay is completelybased on the the model named as Five ways to well being and this model will help in creating acomplete understanding about the improved health and social care of the individual in order tosustain for longer time. This essay will also provide the limitations of the five well beingapproach. The five ways to well-being contains five elementsThe approach of Five ways to well-being contains Five element mainly aims atimproving the mental as well as physical health of the people by providing the high quality ofservices (Gradinger and et.al., 2015). This helps in creating a fit and healthy society whichcontributes actively towards all growth and development of the country. The approach will helpin provisioning five elements that helps in improving the social and health conditions of thepeople.The first phase of this approach named as Connect that help in connecting the individualwith the society so that this keeps the person feels free to express anything with others. Thisstage will help in sharing the all the thoughts and feelings which are coming into the minds of the
