activities which is required to manage and successfully implementing this project will be
discussed.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that before implementing any project it is important to
properly plan it and review. There are different steps involved in the project that will help in
completing the project successfully. Further There are different types of resources which are
required for implementing the plan successfully such as human resources, capital etc. further it is
concluded that project manager play significant role as it delegate works to team member and
resolve conflict between them. Further it is important to complete all the activities of the project
on time as delay of one activity can increase cost and time of the project. All the project should
be properly monitored and controlled so that risk can be avoided and it is completed on time.
