INTRODUCTIONManagement development is the process in which several managers learns and improveskills and capabilities. Present study based on Thomas Cook group which is one of thelargest travelling enterprise which provide different types of services to attract customers in thebusiness. Furthermore, it includes Clayton Crown Hotel London which is brand of Dalata hotelgroup. In this regard, for gaining insight information of the present report, it covers differentmanagement styles that support to different business in distinctive manner. Moreover, it includesmanagement skills performances to increase efficiency and effectiveness of each manager.Furthermore, it discusses about lead and motivate team to accomplish agreed goals andobjectives. At last, it helps to explain own managerial and personal skills that support for careerdevelopment.
