1. Introduction
Hoa Phat is a Vietnam's leading industrial production group. Beginning in August 1992 as a company specializing in the trading of construction machines, Hoa
Phat enlarged into the fields of Furniture (1995), Steel Pipe (1996), Construction Steel (2000), Refrigeration (2001), and Real Estate (2001). Hoa Phat
restructured in 2007 according to the Hoa Phat group model, with Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company serving as the parent corporation and companies. On
November 15, 2007, Hoa Phat officially listed shares on the Vietnam stock exchange under the emblem HPG. Hoa Phat Group reportedly operates in four
industries: iron and steel (construction steel, hot rolled steel) - steel products (including steel pipes, galvanized steel, drawn steel, prestressed steel) -
Agriculture and real estate are two of the biggest industries in the world. Iron and steel production and related products account for more than 80% of the
Group's revenue and profit. Hoa Phat is the largest construction steel and steel pipe manufacturing industry in Vietnam's South, with market shares of 32.5
percent and 31.7 percent.

1.1 Hoa Phat Groups Brand Name
Since 1992, the Hoa Phat brand has been formally established on the market. Over the course of 27 years, Hoa Phat Group has grown to be one of Vietnam's
leading private corporations, with 11 member companies primarily contributing to 05 major industrial fields such as construction steel, steel pipe and
galvanized, manufacturing many other industries such as furniture, refrigeration, construction equipment, agriculture, and real estate. Hoa Phat's main
industrial field is construction steel, which accounts for more than 80% of the Group's revenue and profit. Hoa Phat construction steel and steel pipe are the
market leaders in Vietnam in terms of both production and market share. Hoa Phat Group has also been acknowledged in a number of prestigious programs,
including: National Brand, Strongest Brand, Top 10 Vietnamese Gold Star, Top 5 Largest Private Companies in Vietnam, Top 10 Best Listed Companies, Top 50
Effective Companies, Top 50 Most Valuable Brand in Vietnam. The recognition of protected Vietnamese brands, which can compete with many international
brands in the age of economic integration, is more valuable than an award. Each company voted in the "Famous brand" category is reputable and powerful not
only in the domestic market, but also in the competitive international market.

1.2 Hoa Phat Groups Finance
The Hoa Phat Dung Quat Iron and Steel Complex project has been the highlight of Hoa Phat's recent investment in profitable capacity. According to the
group's 2017 annual report, 2018 will be a significant milestone, with Hoa Phat putting all of its heart into building this world-class modern megaproject, which
is expected to produce batches of steel. First and foremost, high quality. Hoa Phat invested up to 52,000 billion VND in this project. The complex has a capacity
of up to 4 million tons per year, and it completes the value chain of steel products from iron ore to billet, construction steel, high quality steel, hot rolled coil,
steel pipe, galvanized sheet, and prestressed steel. Hoa Phat set a target of 2020 to join the Top 50 largest steel enterprises in the world with a turnover of
more than 100,000 billion VND/year, which it has nearly achieved.
Financial data demonstrates this even more clearly. Hoa Phat's fixed assets grew from VND 12,783 billion at the end of 2018 to VND 65,562 billion at the
end of 2020. Hoa Phat's long-term unfinished construction cost item decreased from 37,197 billion VND to 5,329 billion VND after two years of construction
investment. This is due to the fact that the Hoa Phat Dung Quat complex began operations in the second half of 2019. A number of components of this union
will be operational by 2020.
