Introduction
This report is based on selection and recruitment process of Gourmet Burger Kitchen which is
a UK-based restaurant chain. Along with that, documentation will be produced by the general
manager of the company. In addition, the general manager also will take part in the selection
process. On the other hand, the general manager of Gourmet Burger Kitchen will measure the
selection and recruitment process by own skills and abilities. Aside from that, various types of
leadership styles theories will be explained in this report. Along with this part, the difference
