INTRODUCTION
Health service management is the process of managing or tracking the day to day activities
or tasks of the professional working within the organization. This is basically done by the
managers of the any healthcare setting. To complete, manage and track their daily tasks or
activities easily and quickly without any error, the implementation of automation technology is
highly important. Automation technology is comprising of all the processes and work equipment
which enable the system work automatically. Including machines, apparatus, equipment and
other devises within the health care sector helps the staff to complete their work easily and
quickly (Pang and et.al., 2018). The human intervention is minimal in the automation technology
but it is best for enhancing the productivity and quality of the work done by the staffs. The
present report will cover the implementation phase of the change management project. The
report will specify the points needs to be consider while implementing the automation
technology in the health service management.
The implementation phase will cover the project stakeholder analysis, work break down
structure formation, timeline or Gantt chart preparation, quality planning, communication
strategy etc. With the help of implementing automation technology, the health service
management can make changes within the culture such as enhance customer experience, provide
security to personal and confidential information of data. In the present world, there are various
issue health care industry are facing such as poor customer service, leakage of personal
information of patients, highest cost, human error, wastage of resources which further leads to
poor sales and profitability of the health care settings (Macrorie, Marvin and While, 2021).
Hence, to solve these issue, the change such as automation technology implementation is highly
important.
Project goal and objectives
Goal:
 The goal of current change management project is to inculcate or implement automation
technology to the full extent in the health service management system with the aim to
bring better management and eradicate the prevailing perils.
Objectives:

 To understand the concept of new change within the health service management field.
 To eliminate the issues or challenges that health service management is facing in the
present time with the help of automation technology implementation.
 To recommend the appropriate and better ways to the health service sector for reverting
better practices.
Scope and deliverables
Scope: Defining scope of project is highly important for making the project successful.
The scope of current change management project is wide as it depends on the health care sector
of not only UK but also all over the world. This project will include the deep researching on the
issue or shortcoming that health service management are facing in the time where everyone
wants fast services. To address this issues, the project will assess the importance of automation
technology all over the health service management and implementation of the same. The present
project is useful for both primary and secondary stakeholder of health care industry to implement
the automation technology at the workplace to enhance the overall performance and experience
of company as well as customer (Mohammed and et.al., 2020).
Deliverables: The deliverables specify what exactly the project will provide at the end of
submission date. The present change management project will be delivered within 80 days. The
project will deliver the importance of change management within health service management
(Tian and et.al., 2019). Also, at the end of the project, it will help the health care industry or
service managers to successfully implement automation technology to solve issue such as poor
customer experience, slow target completion, high wastage of resource due to human error etc.
This change is highly important to the modern social environment.

According to Kangasniemi and et.al., (2019) this has been evaluated that there is high
need of automation technology health service management system as this will ensure easy
management of patience. All the things in relation to billing and scheduling become a task of few
minutes. Management system can be enhanced by bringing technology of robotic process
