Introduction
The USA is Among the nation in which industrialization is rampant. It has various unique
and well-established programs that help in ensuring that the health of its' people is in good shape.
To be precise, the nation has numerous establishments or rather administrations that are aimed at
the unification of health care programs across all state in the USA (Cummings & Worley, 2014).
This case-study is purposed on providing a meaningful and detailed information in regards to one
of these establishments.
The case study also addresses the readiness of the targeted organization and the
preparedness it has in addressing the needs for health care of the state’s citizens in the decade.
Additionally, this paper is concerned with the long-term plans that are put in place to deal with
the problems associated with the growth of the healthcare network, the recruitment relating to
nurses, the management of the available resources and the level to which the healthcare
programs satisfy the need of the patients. For this matter, this case study focuses on Banner
Healthcare. This is one of the most famous health care, as it cuts across the better part of the
USA as a nation. Among the services it provides is, soothing care, emergency care, test centre
care, outpatient surgery programs, pharmaceutical services, blood-screening services and rehab
programs (Kinney et. al, 2015).
The preparedness of the health-care administration in addressing citizens’ health
requirements in the next ten years.
This organization is devoted to predicting the future in regards to the well-being of its'
patients. This is very essential in earning the patients' trust. This way, a good rapport is
established between the organization and the patient. This is very essential for the organization in

2013). Sometimes one may wonder why the lean start-up changes on a daily basis. This plan is

Among the plans that are very essential in ensuring the future well-being of the patients
is; ensuring that the organization utilizes the most recent technologies throughout its’ operations;

necessary improvements in the competence of the current health service providers; and finally,

through the establishment of new health facilities in areas where there were no such before and
improving the status of the already existing ones (Struijs, Drewes, Heijink, & Baan, 2015).
Increase in the service coverage is essential as it ensures that most patients receive the
necessary health care services, despite the state from which they belong (Cummings & Worley,
2014). This plan involves charity and donation thus, it's beneficial to all, even those who can't
afford the healthcare services (Blank, 2013). Banner Healthcare is planning to extend their
services to states in which they own some lands and also plans to allow other interested countries
to have membership certificates, so they can enjoy the organization’s services as well.
The organization acknowledges the importance of having the modern technologies
implemented in their facilities, for instance, the use of mobile-oriented IT set-up the
internetworking healthcare services. The use of these services is believed to play an important
role in capital economization, ensuring convenience in human resource to clients and in ensuring
time-saving protocols. The introduction of leadership training sessions is aimed at improving the
