Use of teaching and learning approaches, resources assessment and information methods to meet individual learner needs. Inclusion refers to an environment or surrounding where each and every person get chance to take part in the process of learning with no limitations. I am a beauty trainer working in a salon where providing training to new staff is my job role. For this, I develop a learning domain which help me in order to engages as well as motivates students. Along with this if talking about the teaching & learning approaches which I adopted to meet the individual learner needs of the students is the group work. Apart from this, I also use role play as the other comprehensive learning and teaching approach in which each and every student gets the opportunity in order to act out as well as reverse their roles if needed. In addition to this, another approach which is used by me in order to train the students within salon is centered approach in which I give the chance to students that they leads the class and actively engaged in certain circumstances. Furthermore, it has also been said that the teaching approach which is used should be effectively coordinated with the knowledge content. This will help in delivering inclusive teaching and learning to meet the individual learners needs. Along with this, technology as well as resources I adopt is you tube channels where various tutorial and videos are available there which improves the learning of students.
