INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse the teaching practices in order to carry out an effective
education and training. Teaching involves participation of people towards learning, development,
personal and and professional development. This shows that, teaching is productive and valuable
aspect for every person to enable knowledge and information. It can be done through using
effective teaching aids which assure that the students gets best knowledge to fulfil their needs
and requirements. This report is going to analyse the role of teaching and how it is effected by
resource design and planning (Ho, and Nguyen, 2022). It is the only way a teacher could fulfil
each and every requirements of students by using valuable resources including new and old
technologies. Therefore, in teaching specialist area, the report will showcase the importance of
resource design and crucial area of curriculum development. There is requirement of creating
syllabus and lesson plans to set a standard for carrying out education and training. Also, the
report will present ways of using resources in order fulfil different student needs to enhance their
learning and growth. At last, all the learning requirements will be followed and own skills will
gets improve to teach in schools and universities.

TASK A
1.1 explain the purpose of resources in teaching and learning.
Learning resources are things which helps teachers teach their students. It makes their
teaching more efficient and effective. These are important as they help teachers maintain their
quality as the success and effectiveness of schools and institutions depends on the quality of their
teachers. Resources such as worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, display materials, interactive
resources & games, etc., are some of the resources commonly used by teachers to provides
knowledge to their students. Power Points are helpful in teaching the whole class, with students
taking interest, at the same time (Parisi, 2020). Games are one of the best ways for teaching as
they not only enhance the knowledge of students but also help them stay active. These resources
are made by humans who have knowledge and thus these are quite accurate. These resources
make teaching easy and interesting for both teachers as well as their students. Teaching resources
are flexible enough to use. These are used by various teachers in different ways to teach students
as every student has its own learning style. Covid-19 pandemic made everyone sit at their home.

In the absence of resources and technology a huge loss of teaching as well as learning have taken
place. Online teaching proved very effective and efficient. This saved the time teachers and
students that could have been wasted while sitting at home and also the one they used for
commuting. Resources are increasing day by day to enhance learning. Moreover, these resources
help to motivate students.
1.2 evaluate the effectiveness of specific resources from own specialist area in meeting
individual learning needs
Resources are the crucial part for teaching practices in order to organise them in effective
manner. There is requirement of using valuable resources which is helpful for both teachers in
the classroom. Resources must be utilise effectively to meet with different learners need.
Students have different learning style to learn the concept and memorise it for long time. They
keep on struggling about understanding topics and enhance their skills (Yehya, 2020) . There are
various benefits and effectiveness of using resource which are designed well and easy to use.
The use of resources in teaching is important which makes teachers effective for which they need
understanding of particular students specific needs and offering resources that benefits in serving
those needs. In the specialism area of teaching effective use of resources is important for growth
& development of students. To get access of knowledge and information resources are used in
process of learning to provide flexibility to students and teachers. The curriculum is enrich by
taking use of different resources in education in inclusive manner. In such way I will design
organisation curriculum in role of teaching where developed skills matches to learners abilities to
avoid cohesiveness. In teaching successful learning can be developed that enables learners in
accessing and development of resources through support of emerging technologies by taking use
of internet, videos etc.
TASK B
2.1 Analyse the principles of resource design.
In teaching principles of resource design is used for meeting the learning requirements
which could be developed by using several styles of learning that are much user friendly. The
resource design helps in achieving goals which is set by individual in which teacher makes and
execute design with plan in mind before starting any lessons. The learning becomes more
effective through resource design which brings best from students. The designing of resources

needs to properly design for benefiting students & teachers. The lessons in classroom are keep
organised and shorten amount of time is spent by follow of proper design. The teachers have to
time efficient which helps in meeting learning needs while offering lessons as they are
categorised in accordance to capacity (Arthurs, L.A., 2019). There is formulation of several
education groups by involving students with similar understanding. The user-friendly resources
are used to teach and acquire knowledge in order to make resources simple and hassle-free for
learners & teachers. In classroom teacher can take use of technology which must be simple to
comprehend. Effective knowle4dge is acquire by learner by making them capable to better
equipped with modern & updated resources which can meet needs of students & for purpose of
subject.
Lesson plan
The lesson plan is the teachers ability which guide students what they need to leran, how
it will be taught and how learning will be measured. It helps teacher to be more effective in
classroom by offering detail outline to follow each class period. The lesson plan in speciasliam
of teaching involves following parts-
Lesson objective- It is about of the providing effective lesson to students with new
concepts and skills. The objective of teaching is to bring the desire changes in students
attitude, improving learning skills of the students, & acquiring of knowledge.
Related requirements- To teach the students in the specialism are certification
requirements is needed to tie with lesson plan. The teacher is required to have bachelor
and master degree in respective field of teaching to provide education.
Lesson materials- While providing the teaching to the students the material is required in
classroom that involves student handouts, textbooks, activity packets, computer, visual
aids etc. The teacher will compile list of lesson materials in tandem with lesson process.
Lesson procedure- Now, teacher in its specialism area will provided the step-by-step
instructions. In the specialism of teaching the teacher will provide knowledge involving
introduction of chapters. The class will be of 45 minutes in which teacher will provide
knowledge related to several aspects.
Assessment method- To check the understanding of students teacher will conduct the test
in classroom. The assessment method will involve use of Quizzes., presentations, writing
