present study, analysis will be relay over the study of Boots Retail as it is a British health and beauty

efforts of John Boot. The headquarter of the business is in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, England, United

employees is mainly effective when a suitable effort is made to generate and foster an environment which

place that addresses their diverse requirements. Therefore, businesses in the modern era are concern over
implementing effective motivation schemes in relation to increasing the retention of employees at
workplace. Thus, higher rewards system and motivation schemes are effective in encouraging employees
at workplace to putting their significant efforts in the growth operations of the business.

employee’s turnover due to the issue of high employee demand, competitive market and so on, thus there
are assorted ways like hire right employee, give praise, providing training and development session, allow
flexible schedule, providing rewards and so on, thus this helps the business to increasing the retention
level of the business and also reducing the high employee turnover with the increasing level of employee
retention.

Current research is based on employee turnover as it is one of the major issue that company is facing due
to pandemic situation of Covid-19. as per present research it is analysed that employee motivation is a
significant aspect that help company in influencing their workers doing their best in the situation. without
proper motivation, employee cannot be able to perform and also face issue in managing their working
activities at workplace. Thus, it is crucial for company to use appropriate techniques and suitable ways for
managing the issue of employee turnover. Along with this, company will also focus on providing
continuous training and development programs as per their performance so that they will put their efforts
for improvising their performance at working area. this can be beneficial in retaining workers and keep
them productive towards the company and its objectives as well.

employees of Boots Retail will be considering to gather information with applying random sampling

analysing the data in right manner. Therefore, frequency distribution analysis will be considering as the
