To investigate the impact of staff motivation schemes to increasing the retention of talent at workplace. A
study on Boots Retail.
The idea of talent management has become an essential piece of the HR practices that includes attracting,
creating, propelling and successfully holding talented competitors at working environment of a firm. it has
been examined that in current business situation the issue of absence of worker inspiration is profoundly
expanding that prompts upgraded danger of high representative turnover in numerous associations. Hence,
current examination has been embraced on Boots Retail to adequately investigation and assess about the
effect made by staff inspiration plans on the maintenance of employees at workplace.
The present study aims to investigating the increasing issue of employee turnover due to COVID19 and its
impact over employee motivation and management, therefore, employee turnover is the most considered
area of business at it affects the overall professional ability of the business. Thus Hugh employee turnover
within business creates negative impact over the operational and progression of the business. In this
present study, analysis will be relay over the study of Boots Retail as it is a British health and beauty
retailer and pharmacy chain in the UK and other region and country involving Ireland, Italy, Norway, The
Netherlands, Thailand and Indonesia. The company was established in the year of 1849 by the significant
efforts of John Boot. The headquarter of the business is in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, England, United
Kingdom.

To study the increasing issue of employee turnover due to Covid 19 and its impact of employee motivation
and management. A study on Boots Retail.

personal interest of the researcher, as the investigator wants to enhance data collection ability, time
