Administration system refers to field of work where a person manages system.
Question 2
Purpose of administration system is to ensure efficient performance of departments and motivate
employees to work efficiently and focus on achieving goals and objectives of organisation.
Question 3
Open tender means to acquire goods or services at lowest price whereas closed tender means
only selected people are invited.
Question 4
Benefits of encouraging staff participation in the implementation process are, improving
communication, building a stronger community, reducing stress, increasing productivity,
improves product quality, goals and objectives of company are achieved.

Purpose of training need assessment is to identify requirement to improve knowledge, skills and
abilities so that targets of organisation can be accomplished. Training need assessment helps in
determining performance of employees.

Legislation and regulation that are relevant for evaluating all aspects of business operation are,
contract law, property law, trust law, criminal law and administrative law.

Benefits of ongoing, monitoring, review and evaluation of staff training needs are, comply with

Part A- Report Writing
1. Research two possible alternative administrative systems
a) Ways in which they would investigate what are the requirements of a new
administration system
Clipper’s gardening service would focus upon investigating requirements of new system,
and for this they need to interview all the main stakeholders separately (both internal and
external). They would separately interview all the stakeholders for getting to known what are the
main requirements of customers, gardeners, and office administrative staff requirements for new
quotation administrative system. They would separately investigate needs and requirements of
required in quotation system, such as pre-existing quotation for different products and services so
that any kind of quotation demanded by customers can directly be provided to them with the help
of system. Option of saving final quotation confirmed by customers can be saved within system
with its invoice attached that can be accessed by both office manager and gardeners.
b) People who will be involved in this process
People who will be involved in this research and presentation task are owner (who will be
finalizing requirement and budget of the new system), office manager who will be finalizing
need and requirement of new system required by them, gardeners who will provide quotation and
