INTRODUCTION
Recruitment, selection and induction is considered as most important activities conducted
by human resource department of any organization. These activities help in making sure that
human resource that is trained are readily available in the staff of the organization to meet
organizational objectives and goals.
MCS Security Company is currently looking forward for appointing a senior security
officer which is a new post for their new facility. This study will discuss in brief about
recruitment, selection and induction of the position and how personnel are acquired.

Provisions for employment includes the number of working hours should be completed.
Compensation shall be provided in exceptional cases.
Period of six months will be provision period which do not includes the leave policies
