every question of every task and achieve a ‘satisfactory’ grade for all assessment activities to be found

Assessment Outcomes
There are two (2) outcomes of assessments:
S = Satisfactory
NS = Not Satisfactory (required to be re-submitted).
Students will be awarded C = Competent on completion of the unit when the student has provided the
appropriate evidence required to meet all criteria of both assessments. If the student fails to meet this
requirement they will receive the result NC = Not Competent and will be eligible to be re-assessed.

2.1. Develop program/s scope and objectives in consultation with
appropriate industry consultants, colleagues and managers
2.2. Plan and create administrative structure and resources for the
program/s
2.3. Establish program responsibilities and clearly communicate to
all stakeholders
2.4. Plan communications and marketing strategies in conjunction with

The various issues that might affect to the health of an individual are:
Sleep Deficiency – Too less sleep can be the prime factor for the
various kind of negative effects for the health of individuals. This would
lead to the fact that the individual would not get enough energy for
performing their work.
Changes in Metabolism Rate – Sitting while working in the
workplace might lead to severe negative impacts on the changes in
the rate of metabolism within humans.
Alcohol Consumption – High consumption of alcohol could lead to
low form of interest within the workplace (Schnall et al. 2018). This
could lead to tremendous form of health issues and also effect the
culture of work.
Mental Health Stability – Improper mental health growth stability
might be leading to stress and other negative implications on an
individual’s health.
Diabetes – High sugar content in blood of an individual might be
leading to low productivity and fatigue nature in the culture of
workplace.
2. Explain how these 5 health issues could impact on the business

Depression and anxiety High form of anxiety or depressed nature would
lead to an adverse effect on the health of an
individual. This would thus lead to low kind of
concentration within business environment and
also effects the work culture.
Diabetes High amount of diabetes within blood is the
major cause of rising glucose levels in blood.
This leads to other health issues and low energy
within an individual.
Headaches This problem is directly linked with mental
stress. Excessive form of headaches would be
leading to migraines that would be able to
