2. Describe levels and means of stakeholder engagement.
There are many kinds of interest and profits made a stakeholder involved in a project and
classification of project stakeholders is defined as Direct Stakeholders, Indirect Stakeholders,
Supporters and Resisters (2). These are easily indefinable on the base of their activities but
identification of stakeholder on the base of their level and means is presented as
• Effect on the project (active contribution) - These stakeholders have power to involve
directly in the activities of the project for example employees (3).
• Influence on the project. ( effect the changes in the project)- These stakeholders have
interest in the changes because these changes affect their involvement as shareholders.
