INTRODUCTION
An applied research may vary across a range of organisations and contexts. In this it is
essential for a researcher to ensure that all the ethical standards, consideration. Legal laws and
other procedure are being adhered in effective manner as to conduct research in a systematic
manner (Brown & Quinton, 2020). There are number of factors knowledge and skills required in
order to undertake a strategic process to make sure that all research techniques is being applied in
effective way. Leader or manager is required to undertake use of effective research technique
methodology in order to maximize organisation individual and team performance. Present report
has been divided into two assessments in which assessment 1, involves certain questions
associated to communication process and methods, data collection and data analysis method,
legal requirement process, policies and guidelines associated to applied research, presentation
technique reporting method, research code of conduct and ethics along with applied research
tools and methods. While assessment 2 include research proposal and research findings.
Assessment Task 1
Describe communication processes and the importance of such when conducting applied
research.
Communication process plays important role while conducting applied research as with
the help of various communication methods and process transfer of essential information and
data among individual can be undertaken process communication process. It starts with a sender
who is an individual that have information on message and are looking forward to communicate,
in this individual encode the message or information and determine the measure or channel to
communicate the information to the receiver (Zapata-Barrero & Yalaz, 2020). It is essential to
use understandable and simple language and make sure that communication is respectful,
inclusive and consistent. It is essential to make sure that communication is undertaken in a two
way process and involved active listening.
