INTRODUCTION
The bucks graduate attributes include self-awareness and the discipline and leadership
qualities which help the individual to grow and accomplish their set targets which have set
for themselves. In this report using these skills in the employability and the volunteering will
help me achieve the goals and the aims and how these skills were helpful and used in the
employment and during the times of volunteering will be discussed briefly.

attributes majorly focus and their focal point is on the development with the innovation and
creating the capacities and the abilities to operate in the labour market as well as creating the
highly positive impact on the society. There are the graduate abilities attributes are there
which encompass discipline and the knowledge which assists in the employment and in the
volunteering skills to grow in the career and reach the height. the second skill is creative with
critical thinking which helps in solving the problems and coming up with innovative and with
distinctive thoughts in response to the upcoming future. the teamwork skills give the huge
confidence in working with a team and the larger number of a group it also helped in the
employment as one of the skills was the teamwork moreover I also gained the knowledge
about how to work and use this skill in the volunteer work. the professionalism and the
leadership skill helped me in creating the professional behaviour and using my potential with
optimum use this theory helped in volunteering as I was able to do my job with utmost
honesty and the quality of leadership was incorporated mainly by these attributes. the digital
world is booming and the technologies are coming high advanced technology helped a lot in
employability where I gained the knowledge of digital capabilities and abilities to grow and
learn in the employment as well in the volunteering and in my university assignments these
skills helped me a lot to grow and used in. numerous ways for creating awareness about any
of things was easily able and accessible all because of the digital attributes.

moreover I was able to grow in the career and reach the heights by gaining the skills and
using them further I was able to have the respect and deeper understandings of the culture of
the work environment which make the task simpler and easier and the work was done with
efficiency and effectively and following the proper structural form. while in the professional
world the ethics also play the vital and crucial role in aminating the sanity and the work
culture I gained all these by the buck graduate attributes where I learned the ethic and the
culture how ethics can be used without facing any of the hassle and hurdle while I used this in
the professional world and for me the work in office and in the organization was easier as the
ethic skills heled in my work as well as talking to the consumers with utmost politeness and
honesty further for the successful and talented graduate attribute it is important to have the
self awareness and the emotional intelligence as I was flexible and resilient towards any of
fall out in the employment and used this skill to work strongly headed in the organization as
in the filed of medicals t is important to be reliant and strong as the many nitty gritty goes
behind handling the clients so it is important to have the clarity of thoughts and explaining g
the process in a smoothest ways possible and achieving and accomplishing the skills and the
heights with success and doing the things in the structural and efficient ways which is the
hassle free so the attributes really helped and assisted me in learning the skills and using them
in the professional work and employment made me ready for the corporate world. These
skills which I upgraded have given me a sense of confidence and self-awareness about myself
and made me a confident and resilient person to achieve higher success in the professional
world. While theses skills ahs its won edge in volunteering which I did apart form my
employment as the volunteering in any of the non profit organization gave me the leadership
quality where I was able to lead the team and share my opinions and thoughts in a clear

growth and these technologies was used and the work became easy to do and was easily
understanble these innovation in the market field of medical opened the new opportunities
and the my world as pharmacy technician the details were easily to grab and the innovation
brought the significant changes in the filed and new added things gave the a lot more of

My action plan for achieving the career growth and accomplishing all the heights in
my career and the most important to be aware of my abilities is one of the high objectives to

out in the achieving that action plan and the discipline is hugely involved in the field which I
have to choose to achieve my career growth in pharmacy and the leadership quality which I
gained while leading me one step closer to my career which was more about the community
store manager and in this, I do have to lead the team and for this, the skill will assist me in
