Introduction
It is very important for every business organization to evaluate the performance of the
businesses and to take the corrective measures in order to improve and increase the
productivity level of the employees in an organization. It is very important to analyses the
external environment in order to face the competition in the market and develop access to a
wide range of customers. There are various factors which can impact the organization and its
operation. The management is responsible for motivating its employees in order to increase
their efficiency and productivity. This report is based on the explanation of the various
aspects related to improvement of the organizational performance in context with Buni
travels. It is a travel agency in Bolton, England, United Kingdom which is engaged in the
business of travelling and booking of the tickets for the several holiday destinations on a
global basis. It offers the variety of bookings for its customers from the different countries.
(Challis, and Clarkson, 2017). This report will cover the various topics such as the tools and
techniques required for improving the performance of the business, and how the employee’s
well-being contributes to motivation and increase productivity at last it will cover the Pest
analysis of Buni travels.
What tools and techniques will help improve organisational
performance?
It is very important for the business organization to ensure about the optimum utilization of
financial functional and human resources in order to improve the performance of the
organization. There are various tools and techniques which can be used by the management
in order to improve the performance of the company. It is very important to have a strong
leadership in order to motivate its employees for increasing the productivity and also
economies of scale for the business. It is very important to have a strong internal structure for
the company to face the challenging market. In context of the Buni travels the company is
facing and ineffective organizational performance due to its old and traditional technique
which is been adopted by the company ( Barajas, and Peterson, 2018). The new manager of
the bullet travels can use the various modern tools and techniques to improve the
performance and also motivated to employs. There are various techniques which are
discussed below in context of Buni travels:
 360 Degree feedback-The 360-degree feedback is a modern tool which is used for
evaluating the performance of the employs in a way of getting feedback from the
peers and the managers regarding their performance. This is a form of a tool in which
the managers are given the paper in which they need to write a comment in the form
of rating for every employs. This includes the various questions regarding the
activities functions which are handled by every employee. This is an effective tool
which helps employees to evaluate them self for the better improvement and
management this also provides a better understanding to the management regarding
strength and weakness of the employs. To evaluate each individual on the basis of the
past performance is a better way to have improvement. (Singh, 2018). The human
resource manager of the Buni travels can use this tool in order to obtain feedback
regarding all the departments such as operation department, customer service

department et cetera this can help in Being competitive and improve services for the
company.
 Key performance indicators- This is another method which is known as key
performance indicators which is used to monitor the performance of the individual
employees, Various business units and the other departments in order to achieve the
organizational goals. This is the indicator which has the main aim to support effective
decision-making and data related conversations of performance. This is used as a
performance appraisal tool by the company. This is a tool which can be used by Buni
travels in order to make sure about the effective decision-making for achieving the
goals and objectives of the company.( Sarason, 2021)
 Training and development- It is very important for the organization to focus on the
various training and development of the staff members according to their
specialization. It is very important for the manager to improve on the educational
skills of the employs so that they can increase the productivity of the respective
departments. The training and development is an essential part and the various
programs in the organization on a frequent basis is considered as the most important
in order to achieve the organizational goal on the right time. In case of the Buni
travels, the management can conduct the various training sessions in relation to
information technology for its staff members so that they can learn the information
system effectively and efficiently. The booking of tickets can be making more
convenient for the customers if the employs focus on the proper systematic and use of
applications. It is also very important for the company to make a financial training for

The role of employee wellbeing in improving motivation and
performance
It is very important in an organization that employee well-being is been taken into
consideration where it is been identified that a healthy and satisfied employee contributes
highly in the organizational performance the well-being of the employee oversee the quality
of work which is been sanctioned by an individual. The well-being of the employee involves
the strength of the financial emotional health and physical of an individual. The culture plays
an important role in the well-being of the employee which encourages and supports an
individual to practice the healthy behavior within the workplace. It also increases the
satisfaction morale of the team productivity of the company. For an organization the employs
are the big asset which helps in bringing the revenue and return of efforts so in this case it is
very important to keep their employees happy and in in such a culture which affects their
work in a positive manner. It is very important to satisfy an employee in an organization and
to keep happy but appreciating their efforts. In the following are the role of employee well-

 Loyalty of the employees towards company- It is very important for the
organization to provide the health advantages to employees which is in joyed by them
the employees get a healthy working environment in the workplace which enhances in
the appreciation towards the task which they need to perform and make them to

are loyal towards the work and the company get some advantage of having such
employees. The company also focuses on providing the incentives and the other
benefits which enhances to motivate them towards the work performance and leads to

 Develop the quantity of employee engagement- The satisfied staffs of business are

emotionally attached to goal line, missions of agency and desires to accomplish goals

various tools and techniques which can be adopted by BUNI travels in order to improve the
performance of the employees. the various tools such as Key performance indicators, 360-
degree feedback etc. The performance appraisal will be advantageous in order to improve the
performance of the employees of Buni Travels. Further it is been discussed that employ
wellbeing helps in the improvement in the performance of the organization. It is been
identified that if the employees are happy and satisfied then they tend to give their best in the
workplace. It is very important for the Buni travels to manage people and their performance
in order to be competitive in the market and achieve its organizational goals and objectives.
Further it also conducted the pestle analysis where it is important for the organization to
identify the several external factors which can impact the enterprise.

 Political- This is the elements which has a high impact over the organization
after the pandemic and the various regulations which are been conducted by
the government. In the United Kingdom, the travel restrictions were slowly
easing out which have the opportunity for the Buni travel to find the demand of
the customers in domestic tourism.
