Introduction
It is very important for every business organization to evaluate the performance of the
businesses and to take the corrective measures in order to improve and increase the
productivity level of the employees in an organization. It is very important to analyses the
external environment in order to face the competition in the market and develop access to a
wide range of customers. There are various factors which can impact the organization and its
operation. The management is responsible for motivating its employees in order to increase
their efficiency and productivity. This report is based on the explanation of the various
aspects related to improvement of the organizational performance in context with Buni
travels. It is a travel agency in Bolton, England, United Kingdom which is engaged in the
business of travelling and booking of the tickets for the several holiday destinations on a
global basis. It offers the variety of bookings for its customers from the different countries.
(Challis, and Clarkson, 2017). This report will cover the various topics such as the tools and
techniques required for improving the performance of the business, and how the employee’s
well-being contributes to motivation and increase productivity at last it will cover the Pest
analysis of Buni travels.
What tools and techniques will help improve organisational
performance?
It is very important for the business organization to ensure about the optimum utilization of
financial functional and human resources in order to improve the performance of the
organization. There are various tools and techniques which can be used by the management
in order to improve the performance of the company. It is very important to have a strong
leadership in order to motivate its employees for increasing the productivity and also
economies of scale for the business. It is very important to have a strong internal structure for
the company to face the challenging market. In context of the Buni travels the company is
facing and ineffective organizational performance due to its old and traditional technique
which is been adopted by the company ( Barajas, and Peterson, 2018). The new manager of
the bullet travels can use the various modern tools and techniques to improve the
performance and also motivated to employs. There are various techniques which are
discussed below in context of Buni travels:
360 Degree feedback-The 360-degree feedback is a modern tool which is used for
evaluating the performance of the employs in a way of getting feedback from the
peers and the managers regarding their performance. This is a form of a tool in which
the managers are given the paper in which they need to write a comment in the form
of rating for every employs. This includes the various questions regarding the
activities functions which are handled by every employee. This is an effective tool
which helps employees to evaluate them self for the better improvement and
management this also provides a better understanding to the management regarding
strength and weakness of the employs. To evaluate each individual on the basis of the
past performance is a better way to have improvement. (Singh, 2018). The human
resource manager of the Buni travels can use this tool in order to obtain feedback
regarding all the departments such as operation department, customer service
