INTRODUCTION
Business administration is an important process which deals with performing out all
business operations of a firm in an effective manner. This process comprises of a combination of
numerous aspects such as directing and perceiving business operations in an effective way so
that activities can be performed with greater efficiency (Bailey and et. al., 2017). Business
administration is a quite vast topic and comprises of a variety of departments namely, accounts,
finance, marketing, research and development etc. This report has been framed based on ZARA
which is fast fashion retail sector business concern. ZARA is a UK based fashion retailer chain
with its headquarters in Artexo in Galicia. It is world's largest fashion retailer which was founded
in 1974. This report highlights sources of information along with own current and future needs.
Also this report focusses on various ways training can be ensured in combination with trends that
focus on overall skill development.
