Executive Summary
Holidays Inc. is the reputed airline company in Australia. It will expand its marketing services
throughout the world with the implementation of a new information system for flight bookings
and rentals. Customers of Australia will get benefits from the new information system of
Holidays Inc. airlines including non-flight facilities. The company will launch a web application
for the consumers by which they will get exciting benefits such as discounts on flight tickets,
rental cabs, or in other non-flight facilities. The operation of the entire airline's system will be
more smooth and efficient. The information system will also include the internal operation of the
HR management system, where feedback and performance of employees can be evaluated which
helps them to develop their skills through strategizing the training and skill development
opportunities.
