INTRODUCTION
Business communication is defined as process of transferring data and information among
people within as well as outside organisation (Bovée, Thill & Raina, 2016). In current scenario,
there is rise in barriers at workplace due to improve communication, lack of poor management
and so on. These have impacted business and their activities and operations. It is very important
to solve such issues and achieve business goal and objectives. The different test has been
performed to know about level of communication and ways for improving them in better way.
Report is divided into three parts such as diagnosis and reflection, literature review and action
plan where first represent tests, second determine issues and ways to solve it and lastly is making
action plan for it.
BODY
Part 1- Diagnosis and Reflection
It is very important for me to analyse my own communication in workplace through help
of different diagnostic tools to know about personality, stress management, learning style, active
listening, cultural skills and interpersonal skills (Coffelt, Baker & Corey, 2016). The score for
each diagnostic tool are as follows:
Jung Personality Test
It is defined as test which measures about similar concept of MBTI model. This identifies
about how you deal with people, make decisions and processing information. Jung personality
test also finds out psychological type in terms of introvert and extravert. After giving test, my
score for Jung personality test is introvert, intuitive and freelerjudger.
Interpersonal Skills Self Assessment

Part 1- Diagnosis and Reflection
It is very important for me to analyse my own communication in workplace through help
of different diagnostic tools to know about personality, stress management, learning style, active
listening, cultural skills and interpersonal skills (Coffelt, Baker & Corey, 2016). The score for
each diagnostic tool are as follows:
Jung Personality Test
It is defined as test which measures about similar concept of MBTI model. This identifies

for different skills are given here. My overall score for test is 51% where listening skills is 56%
which is average, emotional intelligence is 51% which is regarded as average, verbal
communication is 41% which is below average and lastly communicating in groups score is 53%
that is average.
Work Smart Live Smart: How Vulnerable Are You?
This test will helps in knowing about positive coping skills of individuals. It assist in
providing clues about what to improve for dealing with stress as well as decreasing level of stress
load. My score for test is 65 which mean I am vulnerable to impact of stress. This test assists me
to work in level of stress.
Education Planner: What’s Your Learning Style?
This is defined as test which helps me to know about planning of my education to make
my career success and grow at competitive marketplace (Heo & Lee, 2018). Being student it is
very important for me to make proper plans and strategies so that I can learn more and attain
success as well as growth. My score for test is divided into three parts such as auditory which is
45%, visual is 35% and tactile is 20%.
Effective Listening Self-Evaluation
It is defined as self evaluation test which helps in knowing about effectiveness of
listening of people in an effective manner. After appearing for test, it has concluded that i have
scored 55 which means I am active listener.

have been identified as requiring development are verbal communication and tactile skills. These
should be improved by doing communication with each other so that positive results are attained
in most effective manner.

In this section, two communication issues which have been identified in diagnosis and
reflection stage should be resolved in most appropriate way by using model or behaviours
(Kernbach, Eppler, & Bresciani, 2015). The issues and solution are described below:
Verbal Communication
It is defined as communication in which there is use of words and sounds in order to
express oneself especially in terms of gestures and mannerisms. It is very important to enhance
verbal communication by using more gestures and posture while communicating with others.

Such skill is lacked so it should be improved in most appropriate manner to attain positive
results. It is regarded as part of learning style which is required to individuals so that they work
and enhance themselves in better manner. This skill should be taught by schools to their students
to know about touch, moving and feeling. It helps them to know about good and bad touching,
feeling. If such skill is improved then individual can know more about themselves and their
perception regarding other individual living or working with them at workplace, school and so
on. Therefore, such skill is very important for people
