INTRODUCTIONIt is important to have effective communication skills for an organisation to interact withits employees and consumers. Present report analyses the principles and purposes that HumanResource Director of independent London sports and leisure centre business i.e. Sport Loveneeds to consider in a communication strategy. It will also explain the general characteristics thatparticipants need to have to be effective listeners and speakers during meetings. Along with this,own strengths and weaknesses in terms of communicating will be given here.LITERATURE REVIEWAs per Darics, Human Resource Director of Sport Love needs to have an effectivecommunication strategy in order to increase the efficiency of communication. Below explainedare the key points discussing the purposes and principles explained by Darics needed to beconsidered while creating an effective communication strategy. Theme 1: Principles (exploring the major principles required for effective communication)Knowing the audience: It is important that one should consider knowing the audience beforecommunicating with them. If one is not aware of what kind of audience he or she is talking tothen it might create communication gaps, less understanding of the subject, etc. to the team.Sport Love's human resource director should make its employees aware of how they shouldunderstand and determine their audience before communicating with them. It will help them tofill the communication gap and make the listener understand whatever they want to convey tothem. Knowing the topic: Human Resource Director of Sport Love needs to ensure that its employeesare aware of the topic before communicating with their team members. Being aware of the topicwill ensure that one is aware and knows precisely what he is talking about. Along with that, itwill make sure for the listener what the speaker is going to talk about. He/she is not going to bein a disarray while the speaker is conveying his thoughts (Darics, 2015).
