2BUSINESS COMMUNICATION Post 3 The significant learnings from the Discussion Forum that I generated in my thought process are that the aspect of business communication is an inevitable and essential part of any business organisation. Without adapting and implementing the synergies of the effective communication process, any productive business entity will not be able to fulfil its tasks and activities on time and therefore will not be able to achieve the desired set of goals and objectives (Moser & Pike, 2015). The forum also opened a pathway which made me understand the different kinds of business communication that are available as an option for a business entity to opt for one or more. I learned the same by studying the different articles concerned with business communication. In this connection, the three major points that I came to learn from the discussion of the post are specified as below. Business communication effectively helps in increasing integrity in the business. This is possible because business communication helps in communicating the ethical values of the organisation into the mental state of the employees (Singh et al., 2016). Business communication helps in bringing clarity to the process of communicating the required information to the concerned employees. Business communication is a process that is continuous in nature(Bumgarner & Vasarhelyi, 2018). This means that business communication is a never-ending process of the firm. Starting from the establishment of the business to the windingup of the same, every process requires the synergy of effective business communication in the same. Moreover, the learning that I gained about business communication from the help of the discussion forum made me realise that I can practically apply the achieved knowledge in my professional development. The manner I would apply the same is specified below.

I will ensure to foster a valid form of communication within my working team so that the working condition in my team turns to be significant. I will ensure that I use the skills learned into the synergy of networking business, as the same needs a recognisable skill of communication to be processed and achieve success in.
