Business communication refer to those conversation which take place within and outside
the organization with an aim to accomplish the task in an effective manner. Along with this, its
foremost purpose is to enhance the organizational practices and reduce the possibility of arising
errors which empower establishment to maintain better working culture without any hindrances.
Moreover, the activities of organization are wholly supported on business communication as it
enable superior and subordinate to bring collaboration and cooperation within each functional
unit In a better way (Madsen, 2016). This project is based on Mr. Fishy Restaurant which is one
of the well-known brand within UK market. As, its manager desires to implement new policies,
regulation for enhancing the overall performance as well as building healthy relationship
between employees and company in an amended way. Hence, this study is fully literature review
format in which it involves principles and practices of effective communication and also
analyzing the communication practices for creating better workplace.
