For this, theemployees need to possess adequate skills in terms of creating positive image in the minds ofthe managers. This positivity results in the exposure of collaborative output, which enhancesthe productivity within the business activities. Organizational culture falls within the categoryof workplace ethics, which is necessary in terms of achieving loyalty, trust and dependencefrom the customers. Consciousness of the employees towards preservation of theorganizational culture reflects the ethical approach of the employees. Most of the employeeslack the proper communication skills, which deprives them of being selected in prestigiouscompanies and organizations. The major drive behind this is inferiority complex in terms ofapproaching large number of audience.
