INTRODUCTIONBusiness health check means to analyse business operations that whether managers areable to perform business operations in effective way or not. Business perform operations toachieve targets but there are some factors which affects business operations in adverse so, thereis requirement of check in business operations (Chapman, 2012). There are possibilities that dueto change in working style, it is essential to make strategies which are competent to market.There is use of various changes which are effective and significant for organisational growth. Itis essential to appoint official personnel which helps to make organisational status strong. Thisreport is based on Hotel Hilton which is one of the best brand in hospitality sector. In this report,there is discussion about focus of business, development of plan for business, evaluation anddevelopment of skills of managers and staff. TASK11.1 Analysis of objectives of businessHilton is the hotel which has global brand recognition which provide full- furnished hotelservices including resort services, dinning facilities, bar facilities, accommodation, transportfacility etc. according to demand of customer. This is largest hotel brand in hotel industry. Thisassociation ahs target of both business and leisure travellers, etc. These hotels provide servicesfor picking and droping customers from Airport. This hotel chain was started on 31 May, 1919by Conrad Hilton. This hotel has around 570b hotels. Hotel Hilton has headquarter in Virginia,United State. Hotel Hilton has around 163000 employees. It operates their buiness in 5284locations. In 1919, Conrad Hilton purchase 40 room Mobley hotel in Cisco, Texas. In 1925, theyfirstly used named Hilton for Hotels. In 1943, Hilton purchased Roosevelt Hotel and plaza Hotelin New York. They come with concept of television in hotel rooms. In 1954, they acquired SatlerCompany for $111 million. In 2006, Hilton Hotel owned two independent hotel outside US. In2009, Hilton opened Canada's tallest hotel of 58 stories. In 2013, they constructed hotel ofaround 300 rooms. In Burma (Colman and Dave, 2013). In 2016, Hilton N’Djamena opened inChad. It was the brand's first property in the country and the 100th country Hilton beganoperations in worldwide. In 2018, Hotel Hilton opened first hotel in Bangladesh and Serbia. Short term objective- Hilton Hotel's short term objective is to reduce waste by 20% andreserve water up-to 10% within 1 year.

Long term objective- Long term objective of Hotel Hilton is to advance renewable energyas a source of power for working style within next 3years. Behind this aim is not to reduce itscarbon wastage but to create commercial infrastructure for powering hotels and corporateoffices.These objectives can be under stood more clearly with concept of SMART objectives(Dennis Jr, 2011).S- Specific: Above mentioned objectives are specific which helps to perform businessoperations in specific manner. As managers are thinking to reduce wastage and consumer water,thee are specific objectives. M- Measurable: Above mentioned objectives can be measured as it is easy to makemeasure wastage and conserve water. In long terms goals, to reduce amount of carbon exhale byequipments of organisation through proper maintenance.. A- Achievable: These targets are achievable and it is easy to perform business operationsin better way. There is requirement of awareness among workers. R- Realistic: This objectives are realistic for performing business operations. As theseobjectives helps to perform business operations to secure environment. These objectives arerealistic for achieving targets. T- Time bound: This is essential to have some time for achieving targets. It is essential tomake changes in working style. Short term targets of Hotel Hilton has to be achieved in 1 year,while long term in 3 years. 1.2 Factors affecting business organisationHotel industry has various factors that affects its operations. It is essential to analysethem and undertaken actions to improve working style. Hotel Hilton has good image in industry,so it is essential to work according to demand of consumer. It is tough to maintain good image.So to maintain goodwill, it is essential to alter business policies (Fink, 2012). There is effect onbusiness operations through internal as well as external factors., in internal factors, parties relatedto business are included such as workers, management team etc. while in case of external factorsparties which are indirectly related to business are included such as cultural differences,environmental changes etc. To analyse external factors, PESTLE and Porter's five forces model are used by managersof Hilton. These are not in control of managers of Hotel Hilton but it is essential to alter policies
