INTRODUCTIONPlagiarism is an academic dishonesty as well as breach of ethics. It is considered not as a crimebut a fraud that can be punished within a court (Eckert,2018). Furthermore, it highlights the importance ofBusiness etiquette and Rules and regulation in an organisation.MAIN BODYPlagiarism is considered as the use of ideas of other's people in form of words, expression,creative works without providing credit. Basically Plagiarism is known as stealing. It includesrepresenting of someone else work is represented without indicating the Original author. It maybe intentional or unintentional (Kam. Hue. and Cheung, 2018).Plagiarism in BusinessIn Small Businesses there is a good reason to take care about the Plagiarism. Such as ifstaff members can steal a copyrighted work of a company then the business can easily sued bythe copyright owner. There is no single factor which can explains us about a rise of the businessplagiarism as well as copyright infringement (Yadav,Rawal. and Baxi, 2016).There are common types of plagiarism such as Direct plagiarism is known as word toword transcription within a section of some other's people work without any attribution. It meansthat copying someone else work in unethical, dishonest regarding to the disciplinary actions.There is another plagiarism known as self plagiarism. Here student can submit without taking thepermission of involved professor his and her own previous work or kinds of mix parts ofprevious work. It also involved students can submit same pieces of work in various classeswithout taking the previous permission from the tutors (Cronan, Mullins. and Douglas, 2018).Mosaic Plagiarism occurs without using the quotation marks and using the same generalstructure. Consequences of plagiarism The consequence may be legal, ethical, personal and Professional. With the help ofplagiarism detection software, it can easily to detect the plagiarism. It involves the academics,students, authors, journalist and may others (Newman, 2019).Due the plagiarisms a student can be expelled or suspended. Possibly a student can barredto enter within a collage or school. Schools, collages takes the plagiarism very seriously.
