managers with employees and the HR strategies were also not appropriate for retention.
Discrimination in company has created problems of labour turnover for company in various
countries. Further, in order to remove these implications a new CEO Dara Khosrowshahi was
appointed for the implementation of anew corporate culture. It has developed various strategies
through which the company has turned back to its previous dominant position and removed
