Its main focus is tofull-fill customers demand with different range of product and services (Boedker, C. and et. al.2017). The organization has planned strategies to achieve long term and short objectives.Long term objectives expanding 10% market in upcoming 1 year.To provide development in hotel sector. Promoting online bookings.Introducing online payment methods.Short term objectivesProper flow of information for customers through promotions.Creating brand awareness among the customers to retain them for long period of time. To appreciate the human assets by fair performance evaluation. Mission and Vision of the companyMission defines objectives of organization and focuses on the current task to achieve thegoal and objectives of the company.
