INTRODUCTION

objectives that assist to meet with desired results and outcomes as well. In this regard, different
activities and tasks must be implemented to focus on business development. Furthermore,

increase their market share which creates more profitability. In this way, they determine
creative sources and tools which help to attract more customers and increase their share
(Ivanov and Mayorova, 2015). On the basis of specific objectives, it assists to generate
