Hence, the report is aboutincluding and using information systems in a way that it can increase the rate of operationalefficiency and productivity of the business. Also, it will include the practical solutions of theinformation system so that the situation can be resolved in an efficient and appropriate way. TASK 1Efficiency of MIS on operational efficiencyA Management Information System (MIS) is considered as a proper database that iscomposed of all the financial data and information that is being designed and programmed in away that it helps in providing all the necessary requirements on the operations for each level ofthe management. Therefore, an efficient MIS can actually help in improving the operationalproductivity as well as efficiency of Johnson supermarket. It can help in providing the best andthe efficient path to the business so that they can involve all the processes and procedures in away that it can be able to achieve much efficient and appropriate results along with an increasedrate of productivity. Also, it can help in maximising the overall productivity of their business.The management information system can actually help in increasing the operational efficiency ofJohnson supermarket and this can be achieved in the following ways:The basic use of a management information system is that it makes a proper utilization ofall the raw information and data that is associated with the functioning of the company,whether it is related to the external processing or the internal one (Marston and Ghalsasi,2011).
