and services to their customer because they used the information technology system for the
purpose of business use. Further, there are different ways to contribute the information
technology system that help for achieving the specific goals and objective of organization. This
assignment will analyse IT system store of JS super market that perform different function and
also participate in the data management, knowledge management, customer relationship
management and communication management etc. There will useful for managing the entire
business process of JS super market in effective manner.

followings:

also gives the online options to their consumer therefore, they easily check the details of
product (Appelbaum and et.al., 2017). It is the best approach for the purpose of
communication where it used the email internet calling which allows the staff member to
connect with their team members. Information technology is enabled to create virtual
collaboration between them. For Example- In U.S., the employees can conduct the
product design meet the other employee and colleagues of Indian or Chinese. They also
used the video conferencing technology to communication and share the important

information from one place to another. JS firm is also use and set up the internal media
platform or website that allows the employee to send the information related the project
and collaborate.

completing their processing and updating so that it is automatically moved to another
department. In this way, it is an efficient technology that useful for purpose of business
expansion.

sources and also improve the collaboration etc. It is the main component of business
process that connect with the different techniques for expanding all over the world. This
management process is basically promoted their integrated approach that help for
identifying, retrieving, capturing and evaluating etc (Kasemsap, 2018). it is collecting all
the data and information of customer, delivery, products etc.
 Customer relationship management- Customer relationship management is a term or
strategies that help for organization to analyse the interaction with the customers. The
main purpose of this relationship to improve the customer services and maintain the
relationship. This will help for increasing the growth and development. This system is

relationship with their customers. It also utilising the modern technique to transforms the
value services into the enjoyable experience and comprehensives.

Sometimes, It occurs challenging issues related the technique where the work to the better
interact towards fir advancing the company (Stair and Reynolds, 2017). It is a continuous
process for changing more rapidly according to the demand of customer. There are different
types of technology used for increasing the productivity and profitability in marketplace such as
virtualisation. Cloud, mobility and big data etc.There are some common issues generated at the
time business development as followings:
 IT manager is required to understand the business process and the challenges related the
market value and users because company cannot provide the proper product to their
customers on time because customer demand has been changed according to the market
value.
 A new application must be used in the organization that help for storing all necessary
details of business. This application will build by using open architecture that run one any
types of platforms. Sometimes, new application cannot hold for the long term profit
because it is only temporary to provide the best quality of facilities to the user and

why, it is difficult for managing the blogs, formats, documents and blogs in proper
manner. It is requires to used the data analytics concept to easily capture, analysing and
storing the data effectively and efficiently.
