Identification of the business’ vision, mission, values and objectives
The vision statement of OzhouseClean should be to become the planet’s most customer-
centric corporation wherein the customers would be able to get different environmental friendly
cleaning services. On the other hand, the mission statement of the corporation should be to
become the largest corporation of Australia by dint of the environmental friendly cleaning
services offered by it. The different values on which the corporation needs to focus upon are
customer-centric approach, honesty, fairness, loyalty, environment friendliness and others.
Lastly, the objectives of the corporation are listed below-
Enhancement of sales volume by more than 15% in the coming one year
Enhancement of target market by more than 10% in the coming one year
Enhancement of profitability by more than 10% in the coming one year
Switching over to environmental friendly cleaning measures for reducing the
environmental damage caused by it
Recruitment of full-time workers for facilitating the effective completion of the work of
the corporation
Enhancement of customer satisfaction and their loyalty towards the corporation

Hopp and Greene (2018) are of the viewpoint that the primary purpose of the business
plan is to plan the different business process of the corporations like its operations,
manufacturing, marketing and other integral processes which are central to the success of the

corporations. Adding to this, Berbegal-Mirabent, Gil-Doménech and Alegre (2016) have noted
that this helps the corporations or the entrepreneurs to allocate or for that matter to devote the
required resources, time, cost and others to the different business processes of the corporations
and thereby facilitate the growth or the development of the corporations. More importantly, this
also offers the opportunity to the corporations to keep track of the progress that they are
attaining, identify the changes which needs to be implemented for the attainment of the mission,
vision and the objectives of the corporation (Ekanem 2017).
Components of a Business Plan
As discussed by McKeever (2016), there are various essential components of an effective
business plan which the entrepreneurs are required to take into account during the formulation or
the designing of the same. Adding to this, Teasdale, Steiner and Roy (2019) have noted that
some of the most important essential components of an effective business plan are company
overview, market analysis, competitive analysis, management plan, operations plan, marketing
plan, sales strategy, key performance indicators, implementation plan, monitoring and evaluation
strategies and others. These components of a business plan offer a detailed account to the
entrepreneurs and also to the workers regarding the activities which need to follow for the
management of the different aspects of the corporation.

The key performance indicators that the corporation under discussion here needs to

cleaning services as a luxury rather they are viewing the same as a necessity. Adding to this,
