The value of the data-The data collected by organization through various business tools is highly important for business organization. In different ways this data can help the organization to get better result with their business strategy in market place. They are using big data to get better and effective data from the market place. The information that is used by Big, Bad Burger is also high important for them to control their business operations and strategies in effective manner. The information which is collected by their business intelligence tools. The strategy-The strategy that is used by the McDonald’s is based on the strategy to make fast food available to customer at competitive price along with generating effective pricing with low cost strategy. The main business strategy of the organization is to expand their business all around the world to run their business profitable in market place. The business strategy that is used by Big, Bad Burger is highly dependent on business intelligence tools that can be used by the organisation to collect effective data about the market place in order to generate high response from the actions performed by them in market place. The SMAC Stack-SMAC Stack is known as concept where use of Social interactions, mobility, analytics which are driven by Big Data and Using Cloud Technology. This is how it is highly important for the business organization to provide better experience to the customer by full filling their needs. This is one of the best process of marketing for business organizations. Both organization are using SMAC Stack to develop effective relationship with customer. McDonalds and Big, Bad Burger both companies are using their business intelligence tool to get better response from their business operations.

Metrics-There are various measures are used by the organization to measure their performance in market place. the main measures that are used by McDonalds are- growth n system wide sales, restaurant sales, earning per share, planned investment of organization and modernization of Restaurants. The Measures that are used by Big, Bad Burgers are- Conversion rate of company, ROI, Bounce rate of organization and improvement in sales of restaurants. TASK 2 The value of IT This is important for the business organization to maintain their information technology in effective manner to get effective benefits from market place. In modern era of business processes. It can help the organization to maintain effective communication with the information technology that is used by the organization. This can help the organization to effectively manage the information that is collected from market place.
