INTRODUCTION
Business operation management may be served as a process which is highly concerned
with making control on production process. In the strategic business arena, it is highly required
for the company to manage its operations and functions more effectually. Hence, operation

will provide deeper insight about the operating model undertaken by Ocado. Besides this, it will

turn helps business in attaining success to a great extent.
