The Coca Cola company uses various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, such as education and empowering workforce, making the environment better, training for rural sports, and others. The majority of managers (19 out of 25) recommend that Coca Cola should continue with its existing and potential CSR activities to improve sales. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that Coca Cola should maintain its current CSR initiatives and make some modifications to attract more consumers and boost its financial sustainability.
