INTRODUCTION •Present study is based on Costa Cafe which is a British Multinational Coffee house having different branches, all over the world. •It is renowned and is successful in terms of running the largest chain in UK that has led to showcase its creative perspective, all over the world.
MARKET NEED •Recently, in UK, a wide range of Tourists have been found to prefer food that depicts healthy choice. •In this context, it has been seen that a high demand of such restaurants providing healthy food options have occurred. •In order to deal with such changed market demand, Costa has undertaken a thorough market research to find out what exactly is required to be proposed for such customers. •In light to it, a high existence of Vegan customers have been found in UK. •However, there are very less number of restaurant providing Vegan food products. •As a result, it is proven to be a creative as well as a new idea for Costa to target customers who are such environmental as well as health conscious.
