Introduction
The focus of the report is to critically assess the importance of organizational goals
towards motivating employees for providing better performances. It has been found that
companies that do not clearly specify their essential organizational mission, vision, goals and
objectives to their employees often fail to optimally utilize the productivity of their employees. It
becomes very important for organizations to clearly establish their goals and objectives both
externally in the market and internally for the employees.
Company Profile
The company in focus is ABC Pty limited. The company is based in Australia and
primarily engages in the manufacture and sales of herbal products that are focused on body care.
The company uses natural and organic methods to manufacture their products. Some of the
specialty products of the company are based on aromatherapy (Byard, Maker and Bunce 2017).
Currently, it has 30 operational stores across the country. The principal manufacturing facility
that supplies the outlets is located in Hobart in Tasmania. The Chief Executive Officer of the
company is Mr. Smith. From having only 10 stores in Australia the company have grown to 30
stores that employ more than 600 people.
Values and Ethical Standards
The business values of the company are focused towards providing customers organic
and herbal solutions for their skin and body related issues. The company believes in providing
customers with exactly what has been promised to them (Bolman and Deal 2017). The company
considers the generation of value for their products among the customers as their primary goal.
The organization was created in order to provide customers with products that can essentially

cover their wholesome body requirements. The organization focused on manufacturing herbal
products that cause no harm or dangerous side effects to the skin or body of the users (Alvesson
and Sveningsson 2015). The company maintains its market ethics through making realistic
promotions and delivering the right product to customers.
Mission Statement
The mission of the company is to become the number one herbal body product
manufacturing company and simultaneously establish the dominance of herbal body products in
body care product market.
Vision Statement
The essential vision of the company is to become the largest herbal body product
manufacturer in Australia. The company wants to expand to other herbal product oriented
markets in the near future (Deichmann and Stam 2015).
Goals and Objectives
 The ABC Pty limited is focused towards rapid expansion in the Australian herbal body
products market
 An essential goal of the company is to double its previous year’s revenue in order to
effective momentum in the Australian market
 A significant goal of the company is to increase its customer base in the country

 To focus on providing the company with optimal productivity

Conclusion
It can be said that ABC pty Limited has been performing great in the market considering
their rapid growth. The future growth of the company will depend on various factors that will be
influenced by the decisions of the management and the productivity of the employees. Optimal
organizational performance will be required to sustain and further develop the growth potential
of the country.
