In the previous assignments of the research, the discussion has been made regarding the social e-commerce. Social e-commerce is an important aspect of the business environment which has gained much importance. I have learned that organizations are using social media platforms for communicating and interacting with the customers. In this reflection, I will pen down the knowledge or learning which I have gained during the execution process of this research program. While carrying out the data collection activity of the research, I have assembled data related to the research program. From the assembled data it can be analyzed that the popularity of the concept of social e-commerce among the customers is increasing. Promotional activities of the business are being carried out with the help of social e-commerce platforms. One of the most important benefits of using social e-commerce is directly engaging the customers and developing the knowledge of the social buying behavior of the customers (Li, et. al., 2013). I have analyzed that with the use of social e-commerce organizations are capable to target the customer groups. There has been a rise in the popularity of the social e-commerce and digital technology in the business environment. Few drawbacks have been identified which are related to the use of social media platforms (Lee &Lee, 2012). I have set objectives on the basis of which data collection activity has been initiated. Objectives of this research program are to identify the opportunities which are related to the use of social e-commerce, identify the problems related to the use of social e-commerce and identify the ways which can be adopted by the company for coping with the problems related to social e-commerce. I have defined the scope for setting the outline of the program and
