The standards can establish minimum performance levels, uniformity and consistency across multiple organizations and individuals. The developing of standards and set expectations process for patients affect health professionals and organizations(Bresler, & Stake, 2017). Standards for drugs and devices The standard for drugs and devices are set for health and safety purposes. The implementation and agreement of standard devices and drugs is measured and regulated by regulatory authorities like food and drugs authority in the U.S. Health care organizations performance expectations and standards The implementation and agreement of healthcare performance standards, achievement and measurements is emerging in the consumerism era and facilitated by; establishment of health care quality goals; improved access, quality control, cost control while embracing public policy, giving priority to reporting and measuring of performance of health care systems and creating focus on cultural excellence on healthcare. The performance and expectations standards also helps in promoting active stakeholders collaborations. General problems statement Performance standards establish performance minimum levels and establish consistency and uniformity in organizations and individuals. Another aim and goal for setting standards is that they are required to set expectations.

Literature Review The reform and modernization of healthcare, the optimization of the management and structure of the industry, the development of medical technologies, and the improvement of the professional level of specialists working in healthcare are aimed at improving the health status of the population and the medical and demographic situation in the country. However, an equally important and significant task of these measures is to improve the quality of life of people, an integral component of which many experts attribute public satisfaction with medical care(Kumar, 2019). In publications devoted to the implementation of the national project “Health” and the effectiveness of measures taken at the first stages of healthcare modernization, it is emphasized that patient satisfaction with medical care determines the social effectiveness of medical institutions and the healthcare system as a whole. Conflicting assertions and theories in the research The formation of patient satisfaction with medical care is influenced by many factors: qualification and professionalism of medical personnel, interpersonal relationships, conditions of care, its outcome, etc. There should be a correspondence of the medical care provided to the patient’s needs (population), his expectations, and the current level of medical development science and technology (Mackey, & Gass, 2015).
