INTRODUCTION Research methodology is defined as the process of defining all the different types of methods which are being used in the completion of the whole research. The research is the one in which the research problem is identified then the while research is planned in proper and effective way then the research will be completed in successful manner (Kumar, 2019). The present research is based on the topic of identifying the benefits and drawbacks of social media marketing with relation to the business to business marketing. The major research question is to find out the different drawbacks and benefits of the social media network with regards to the business to business marketing. The present report will outline the different research methods which will be used by the researcher in completing the whole research in successful and effective manner. The present research will also outline the different types of methods being used in the research and this assist the researcher in knowing in advance that what all research methods need to be used by the researcher to accomplish the whole research in successful and effective manner. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Research type The type of research refers to as the way or method in which the whole research is being carried on in the good and effective manner. It is very essential for the researcher to decide the type of research first as this only defines the whole research in successful manner. Thus, the research type is of two different ways that is the qualitative research and the qualitative research (Murshed and Zhang, 2016). The qualitative research is the one which includes the study of the attributes, characteristics or the non- numeric data relating to the research topic. This is used as the qualitative data gives more preference to the attributes of the research topic and then try to reach to conclusion. On the other side the quantitative research is the one which includes the analysis of the numbers, facts and figures relating to the research topic. In the present research the researcher has made use of the qualitative research (Haydon, Browne and van der Riet, 2018). This is majorly because of the reason that when it comes to doing the research the researcher want to research using the qualitative method. This is due to the reason that the researcher want to gain
the theoretical knowledge of the benefits and drawbacks of the social media marketing in business to business marketing. Research approach The research approach is defined as the methods or the assumption on which the whole research is based on. The approach of research is of many different types but the major one is the inductive and deductive research approach (Daniel, Kumar and Omar, 2018). The deductive approach is defined as the approach which includes the setting up of the hypothesis relating to the research topic and then work on proving the hypothesis in the correct manner. The inductive approach on the other side is the method under which the aim and objective relating to the research in so that these aim and objective can be studied and then the working can be directed towards the reaching to the result of the research in the correct and effective manner. For the completion of the research the researcher has used the inductive approach. This is majorly because of the reason that when it comes to the research the formulation of the aim and objectives of the research and this will assist the researcher in making completing the research in proper and effective manner. Research philosophy The research philosophy is defined as the beliefs or the values which are underlying the different research methods for the collection and analysis of the data. It is very essential for the researcher to define the philosophy because if the philosophy will not be defined in advance then the researcher will not be able to manage the whole research in proper and successful manner. The philosophy of research is of two types that is interpretivism and positivism. The positivism is a type of philosophy under which the more reference is given to the factual data and figures relating to the research topic. The philosophy of positivism is totally dependent over the quantifiable observations only. On the other side the interpretivism is a type of philosophy which involves the researcher to interpret all the elements of the study and the research. Also, this type of philosophy integrates the human interest in the study and this makes the research more successful (Krishnaswamy, 2016). For condunting the research on analysing the benefits and drawbacks of the social media in business to business model the philosophy of interpretivism has need used because of the fact that this type of philosophy emphasizes more on the qualitative analysis and it is more suitable with the qualitative research types.

Data collection For the research to be successful it is very essential that the data is collected from good and reliable sources. This is majorly because of the reason that whole research is based over the use and analysis of the data collected (Gray, 2019). Hence, if the data will not be good and related to the researcher then the research outcome will not be achieved. There are many different sources from which data can be collected that is primary source and secondary source. The primary source is the one which is directly collected from the respondent and which is also referred to as the first hand data. This can be collected in different ways like through observation, questionnaire, survey and many other related methods. On the flip side the secondary source of data is the one which includes the analysis or collection of data from already published sources. These are like collecting data from the books, journal, articles or any other form of published data. These are called secondary data beucase of the fact that these are already used data in some other research. For the completion of the present research the researcher has made use of combination of the both primary and secondary data. This is majorly done because of the reason that both the data source provide more reliable and authentic data. This is so because the primary source provides the first hand infomraiton which has not being used earlier. The secondary data authenticates the information in form of the literature review and views of different authors. Sampling For the completion of the research there are many people on whom the research can be done. But it is not possible for the researcher to take the entire participant into the study. Thus, for this purpose the researcher for the purpose of completion of the research takes some samples. These samples are then studied and the research is completed in successful manner. Thus, these samples can be selected on two different bases that is random sampling and non- random sampling. Under the method of random sampling all the people within the population has equal chance or probability of getting selected. But on the other side the non- random sampling method does not includes selection of participantonrandombasisrathersomefactorsareanalysedmaybethereexperience, characteristics, skill or any other common factor and then on basis of this the sample which possess maximum of the characteristic are then selected (Gray and Malins, 2016). For the current
research completion the researcher has made use of the random sampling method and has selected 20 respondent of the company for the completion of the research and its analysis. Data analysis The research cannot be successful till the time the data is not analysed in proper manner. Just the collection of the data is not enough rather for the research to be successful the most important thing is the proper analysis of the collected data (Ngozwana, 2018). This is important because if the data will not be analysed in proper manner then the research will not be able to attain its intended outcomes. Thus, for this there are two methods which the researcher can use that is thematic analysis and non- thematic analysis. The thematic is the one in which the collected data is analysed in form of interpretation and it is displayed with help of the tables, charts and graphs. On the other side the non- thematic analysis includes the use of the mathematical and statistical tools. These are like the use of SPSS for analysing the data to reach to some conclusions and then to analyse the result. But for the completion of the research on the benefits and drawbacks of the use of social media marketing in the business to business marketing the use of thematic analysis is made. This is majorly pertaining to the fact that when it comes to analysis of the data the thematic analysis is more easy and relevant as it includes the use of interpretation, chartsandtablessothismakestheanalysisofthedatamoreclearandconciseand understandable. Ethical consideration For the research to be successful the most important thing is that the whole research is conducted in the ethical and correct manner. This is majorly because of the fact that if the research will not be done in proper and ethical manner then it may be possible that it does not reach to the intended outcomes. Hence for the management of ethical research the first thing which is necessary for the research to do is the getting sing the ethic approval form from the participant as this will give the right to the researcher to use the data given by the participant in the research. Thus, this will also ensure that the researcher will keep the data of the participant safe and secure and will not misuse the data (Hadi and Closs, 2016). Another major ethical consideration which the researcher must ensure is that to respect the dignity of the research participant because of the fact that if the researcher will not respect the participant then the
research will not bring out the intended result or the outcomes of the research. Also, for managing the ethical consideration it is essential for the researcher to clearly communicate each and every point relating to the research with the research respondent and must not hide anything from them (Sutrisna and Setiawan, 2016). This is necessary because of the reason that when the respondent will be given each and every detail then they will also give appropriate answers to the questions being asked to them. Reliability and validity For the research to be successful another important criteria is the reliability and validity of the research. This is majorly because of the reason that if the researcher will not use the reliable and valid sources then the research will not be good and effective. The reliability is defined as the extent to which the thing is correct even if the same instrument of research is applied more than once. If the outcome is same in every time then the research instrument is reliable. This can build the trust of the participant as the researchers instrument are good and effective and they are consistent in their study and analysis of the data and to complete the research in successful and effective manner. On the other side the validity of the research is explained as the extent to which the requirement of the scientific research methods is being followed by the researcher to reach to the research outcome. This validity is essential because of the fact that if the research will not make use of the scientific methods of the research then the research will not be successful. Hence, in the end it is said that for the research to be successful both the reliability and validity is essential because of the fact that both these concept states that the research is correct and it includes all the values and correctness which is required. Research limitation With every good thing there are some or the other limitation is attached to the things which restrict the completion of the activity. In the similar manner the researcher also faces some or the other limitation in the completion of the research in effective and successful manner. The major limitation was the time as the time was limited for the researcher but then also the researcher managed to complete the whole research on time (Tobi and Kampen, 2018). Another major limitation was the resources as the resources provided for the researcher are very less and it is unmanageable to manage the complete research in those limited resources. But then also the

researcher with help of their skills and abilities managed to complete the research with those limited resource in good and effective manner. SUMMARY OF EXPECTED FINDING By using all the above different types of research elements the researcher will make use of these methods in finding out the appropriate data and then analyse it. This analysis of data is very essential as this will help the researcher in reaching to the intended result of the research. The use of these research methods is done to find out the response of various participants in the outlining of the research results and conclusion (Akpovo, Moran and Brookshire, 2017). The present research expects to outline the views of the participant relating to the benefits and the drawbacks which the company can face in order to manage the social media marketing in the business to business setup. Also, the research will intend to find out different strategies and some recommendation in making the use of the social media in marketing under the business to business model. Hence, the findings of the present research will first outline the some questions relating to the concept of the social media marketing in business to business setup. Further the questions relating to the benefits and drawbacks of the use of social media are used within the research. In the end the question will relate to the suggestion from which the use of the social media in the business to business marketing will be improved and will be made better. CONCLUSION In the end it is concluded that the research methods are very important to be defined as this assist the company in listing out the methods in which the complete research will be done. There are many different methods which can be used within the completion of the research and it is very essential for the researcher to list out all these methods in advance. This is majorly because of the reason that this listing out of the methods of research in advance helps the researcher in getting knowledge in advance that what all methods will be used by the researcher in completion of the research in successful and effective manner. The present report outlined that there are different elements in the research methodology like the type of research, research approach, philosophy, sampling, datacollection, analysis, ethicalconsiderationandmany different types of research methods which are included in the success of the research.
