Article 2: The data collected from the 23 questionnaires are statistically analyzed. The values of the normality test show that the data obtained are well modelled and have a normal distribution. Article 3: In order to minimize the influence of various kinds of institutional environments on the SIHRM of the Organization, Chinese organizations three Chinese Multinational organizations that operate in Australia and have a similar type of ownership has been examined. Article 4: After collecting the data from the secondary sources, the evolution of the findings of the secondary sources has been performed. Article 5: For collecting data, approximately 14000 households were screened by telephone interviews. Out of 14000, 1116 samples were selected for the second round of interview.
