The main purpose of the article is to analyse the human resource management related policies that are used by the
Chinese organizations which have their operations abroad. The importance of strategic human resource
management is also defined in the article. The main objective of the author is to analyse the effects that the process
human resource management has on the human resource management related activities if the Chinese
organizations. The link that international human resource management has on the implementation of the strategy
of internationalisation is also analysed in the article.

The method of analysis is related to the discussion of the multiple case studies. The quantitative approach of
analysis is not appropriate for the Chinese multinational organizations. Qualitative approach is used for the
purpose of analysing the various Chinese multinational organizations and their human resource management
policies.
